What epoxy & concrete floor coatings with Visual Effect looks like
A coated floor only holds up if the concrete underneath it is prepared properly, and that is where most cheap epoxy jobs fail. Coat over a dusty, sealed or damp slab and it peels inside a year. After 16 years across Perth, prep is the part Jack will not cut.
Visual Effect lays epoxy and concrete floor coatings across Perth: garage floors, workshop and warehouse slabs, commercial and retail floors, concrete paths, and driveway sealing. Every job starts the same way. The slab is diamond-ground or acid-etched back to a clean profile, degreased, and any cracks, pits or joints are repaired.
We check the slab for moisture before anything goes down, because trapped damp is what lifts a coating off the concrete. Then a primer, your chosen system, either solid colour or a flake and vinyl-chip finish, and a clear top coat for abrasion and chemical resistance. An anti-slip additive goes into wet areas, ramps and external surfaces where it is needed.
For now this is standard, hard-wearing colour work. The decorative metallic and art-style pours are something Jack is taking on later in the year, so we do not claim them yet. It is owner-operated. Jack quotes it, Jack preps it, Jack coats it, and stands behind it.
Every quote is fixed-price and written. If you also need the building itself done, see commercial painting for offices and warehouses, or exterior painting for the rest of the property.
