What drywall / gyprock patch repair with Visual Effect looks like
Cracks, dents and old fixing holes are normal in a Perth home, especially with the seasonal ground movement that opens up cornice and corner cracks. A repaint only looks good if those are made good first, so patch repair is part of getting a wall paint-ready. After 16 years, it is routine work for Jack.
Visual Effect repairs gyprock and plasterboard across Perth as part of the prep before painting: cracks, dents, screw pops, door-handle holes and water-damaged sections. The damaged area is cut back to sound board where needed, patched, set, then sanded and feathered so the repair vanishes under paint. Water marks are stain-blocked so they do not bleed through.
To be clear on scope, this is patch repair, not full plastering. Re-sheeting a whole wall or ceiling, cornice work and structural plaster are specialist plasterer jobs. And if a water stain keeps coming back, the leak needs a plumber or roofer first, which we will tell you.
This work goes hand in hand with ceiling painting and gyprock repair for ceilings, and with any interior repaint or full house painting. Every quote is fixed-price and written.
