Before any paint, the prep gets done. Cracks, screw pops, holes and lifted tape are patched and sanded back flush, and water stains or nicotine marks are sealed with a stain-blocking primer so they do not bleed through the new coats. We mask floors and furniture, control the dust, then lay two coats of premium flat ceiling paint and cut in by hand to the cornices.
One thing we do not do is popcorn or texture ceiling removal. It is messy specialist work, and older textured ceilings can contain asbestos that needs a licensed removalist first. We will tell you straight if that is what you are looking at.

Yes. Our minimum job size is $1,500. Single-wall touch-ups and one-off small jobs aren't a great fit for the way we work, but we're happy to point you to someone better suited to the scope.
